Expediciones Huaxteca.com is one of two river outfitters in Ciudad Valles.  They are located to the east of the Laredo highway in the northern part of Ciudad Valles.  It is a bit hard to find them since they are located through an alley.  Ena Buenfil is the person that runs the company.  They have a campground at Cascadas Micos that is very nice with hot showers and where you can take out from the Cascadas Micos run.  Carlos runs the campground.
